Acceptable Use Policy

DialAMessage is for sharing messages with people who want to hear them. You may not use it to:

• Publish anything illegal, or that infringes someone else's copyright or other rights.
• Impersonate another person or organization, or mislead listeners about who you are.
• Harass, threaten or promote violence or hatred against people or groups.
• Publish sexually explicit material.
• Send texts or place calls to people who have not agreed to hear from you, or ignore opt-out requests.
• Run scams, collect personal or payment information under false pretenses, or spread malware.
• Generate artificial call traffic, interfere with the service, or try to access accounts that aren't yours.
• Present the service as an emergency alert system.

We may remove content, suspend lines or close accounts that break this policy. To report a line, email support@dialamessage.com with the phone number and what you heard.
