- Do callers need a smartphone or the internet?
- No. Your number works from any phone: landline, flip phone or smartphone. Callers don't need an app, an internet connection or an account. They dial and listen.
- Can several staff members update it?
- Yes, on Growth: invite up to 5 people, you included, each with their own sign-in. Starter is for one person.
- What do callers hear if we forget to post?
- Set a fallback recording, for example a general welcome. It plays whenever nothing else is scheduled, so the line is never silent.
- Can families listen from far away?
- Yes. They can call the number from anywhere, or open your listening page, which plays the same audio message in a web browser. Web listening is free.
- What does it cost?
- Starter is $19 a month with 750 phone listening minutes. Growth is $49 a month with 2,500. Listening on your web page is free. There's no free trial, but you can get your first payment back within 14 days.
