DialAMessage

Promote your line

Ready-to-copy text for your bulletin, newsletter, social media and email signature, and a flyer to print with a QR code.

The more people who have your number, the more people hear you. Promote your line gives you everything to tell them, with your number and listening page link already filled in.

On your dashboard, choose Promote your line. Owners, admins and editors can use it.

Text to copy

Under Ready to copy there are three pieces of text. Choose Copy bulletin or newsletter, Copy social media post or Copy email signature, then paste it wherever you like:

  • Bulletin or newsletter: a short paragraph with your number, the keys callers can press and your listening page link.
  • Social media post: one or two sentences with your number and link.
  • Email signature: a few lines to add to the end of your emails.

Change the wording as much as you like after you paste it.

A flyer to print

Under Printable flyer, choose Open the flyer. It shows your number in large print, the keys callers can press, and a QR code. Scanning the QR code with a phone’s camera opens your listening page. Choose Print to print it or save it as a PDF.

Put it on a notice board, or give it to people who can’t come in person.

If your listening page is off

The text leaves out the link, and the flyer has no QR code. To add them, turn your listening page on. See Your listening page.

More than one line

If your account has more than one line, choose the line’s name at the top of the page. The text and flyer are for the line you choose.
