Reading your analytics
What each number on the Analytics page means, which plans have which parts, and how to download them.
Open Analytics from your dashboard. Choose a date range at the top, and one line or all of them. The numbers update every 15 minutes, and days follow your account’s time zone.
On every plan
- Calls, phone minutes and web plays, per day and in total.
- Unique callers: how many different phone numbers called. Someone who calls every day counts once.
- Audio messages: phone plays, minutes, how many calls heard each one to the end, and how long callers listened on average.
On Growth and Pro
- Returning callers: of the people who called in the range you chose, how many had called before it started. The rest called for the first time. With one line chosen, it means they had called that line before.
- Where callers are from: callers by US state or Canadian province, from the area code of their phone number. People keep their numbers when they move, so it shows where a number is from, not where the caller is now. Places with fewer than 3 callers are counted together under Other or unknown, so no one can be picked out. Numbers from outside the US and Canada are counted there too.
Download as CSV (Pro)
On the Pro plan, each table has a Download CSV link. The file has the same numbers as the page, for the range and line you chose, and opens in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets. The Pro plan isn’t available yet.
