Rename, archive, restore or delete an audio message
Change an audio message's title, take it off your line without losing it, bring it back later, or delete it.
Rename
- On Audio messages, choose Rename on the audio message.
- Type the new title (up to 200 characters) and choose Save. To leave it as it was, choose Cancel or press Esc.
You can rename an audio message at any time, even while it’s processing, published or archived. The new title shows everywhere straight away, including your listening page. A podcast episode keeps the title you give it, even when the feed updates.
Archive
On Audio messages, choose Archive on a published audio message. It stops playing and stays in your library marked Archived.
Restore
Choose Back to drafts on an archived audio message. It becomes a draft again, and you can publish or schedule it as usual.
Delete
- Choose Delete on the audio message.
- Choose Yes, delete to confirm.
This removes it from your library and your line. If it was your greeting or fallback recording, that setting is cleared.
