Play a series, one audio message per day
Group audio messages into a series, like an Advent calendar, and play one each day from a date you choose.
A series plays its audio messages one per day, in order: the first on the day you choose, the second the next day, and so on. Series are on the Growth plan.
Make a series
- On your dashboard, choose Audio messages.
- Under Series, type a name (for example “Advent 2026”) and choose Create series.
- Under Add an audio message, pick one and choose Add. Do this for each day, in any order.
- Put them in order with the ↑ and ↓ buttons. The first one plays on day 1.
Schedule it
- Under Play one per day starting, pick the first day.
- Check the list below the date: it shows which audio message plays on which day.
- Choose Schedule.
Each audio message plays from midnight to midnight in your account’s time zone, including on the days the clocks change. The Schedule chart above shows each day.
To move the series to other dates, or after you reorder it, pick a new date and choose Reschedule. Unschedule takes the whole series off your line and puts its audio messages back to drafts.
Change a series
- Remove takes an audio message out of the series. The ones after it move up a place; choose Reschedule to move their days too.
- Delete series removes the grouping only. The audio messages stay in your library and keep their days.
After the last day, the last audio message keeps playing unless something else is scheduled or you have a fallback recording.
