Add people to your team

Invite someone by email, change their role, remove them, or leave an account yourself.

You can share your account with the people who help you, so each of them signs in with their own email and password. On the dashboard, choose Team.

The Starter plan is for one person. Growth has room for 5 people, you included. To add people on Starter, change your plan first.

Invite someone

  1. On Team, under Invite someone, type their email address.
  2. Choose a role: Admin or Editor. What each role can do.
  3. Choose Send invite.

They get an email with a link. The link works for 7 days. They open it, sign in (or create a login) with the address you invited, and choose Join.

Until they join, the invite is listed under Invites waiting and holds one of your plan’s places. From there you can Send a new link (the old one stops working) or Withdraw the invite.

If they open the link while signed in with a different email address, the page says so. They sign out and sign in with the invited address, or you invite the address they use.

Change a role or remove someone

On Team, next to the person, choose a new role and Change role, or choose Remove. They lose access straight away.

The owner can change or remove anyone. Admins can remove editors.

Hand the account to someone else

The owner can choose Make owner next to another member. They take over billing and the team, and you become an admin.

Leave an account

On Team, choose Leave this account. If you’re the owner, make someone else the owner first.

If you’re on more than one account

If people from two churches or groups have invited you, choose the account at the top of any page and then Switch. Everything you do happens in the account shown there.
